Water practices start TUESDAY APRIL 26th at Forestgate Pool!  Coach Mark has requested that each swimmer have goggles, fins (the kind that look like a shoe) and a swim cap.  You may also want to bring a towel, and water bottle.  There are limited chairs at the pool so you may want to bring your own chair to sit on during the practice or spread out a towel and sit on the deck.

 

-- You can purchase fins at the Swim Shops of the Southwest in the Natatorium, online or possibly at other sporting good stores.  Please don't buy the ones with a "strap" across the back that are meant for snorkeling.  They need to look like a "shoe".

 

-- WAVES silicone swim caps will be for sale at practices.  They are $15.  Please bring cash or check if you would like to purchase a WAVES swim cap.  

 

-- The team suit changes every other year and this will be our second year for our current suit.  If you have a team suit from last year and it still fits, then you're in luck!!  Otherwise, they are available at the Swim Shops of the Southwest in the Natatorium.  Swim Shops has generously offered to bring team suits to Forestgate on May 11th during practices so you can purchase them at that time if you don't want to make the trip to the Nat.  The first time you will need your team suit is on May 12th if you plan to purchase photo packages (individual photos & orders will be taken that day) and May 14th at our Time Trials and group photo.
