The Deadline to register for the Cypresswood Away meet is TODAY,  Sunday, May 15th.

We can not accept late registrations so please take a minute to register your child.  If your swimmer is not registered, we will assume he is not swimming.   Registration is open for ALL dual meets so you may want to register your child for all meets right now.  You can make changes up to the deadline.

Even if your child is swimming for times at practice on Tuesday, you STILL need to sign them up for the Cypresswood meet TODAY!

You can register for up to 3 individual events.  Coaches will build relays.

Instructions on how to register for Swim Meets:

Log On to the website using your email address and our team password.

On the Home Page, click on the left margin “Swim Meets” ,  then the swimmer icon next to the meet you are selecting.

STEP 1: "Select a Swimmer"  Click on the pulldown menu and select the swimmer you are registering.  It is very important you let me know if all of your swimmers are not listed!!  They are linked to your family, and we are trying to work out all of the "bugs."  Select your first swimmer.

STEP 2:   Click on the down arrow after "add entry" to bring up the list of events your swimmer is eligible to swim.  Click on each row you want to enter your child.  Select up to 3 individual events.  These must be events your swimmer has a time for (if you are swimming your Time Trials on Tuesday, select 3 events they plan to get a time for).   Close this box when you are done.  Make sure you click "save" to save the entry before moving on to the next child or leaving the page.  Remember -

Coach Mark may override the sign-ups based on your child's abilities.  He is looking out for their best interest, so he may add/delete entries as necessary.   Thank you for understanding!!

Your swimmer is now registered!!

We need your help!!!   Please visit the website and volunteer for the meet.  

Click on the left margin “Swim Meets” , the meet, then the “V” and all the volunteer needs will pop up.  You will see that we need over 86 parent volunteers to run the meet!  That doesn’t include our awesome officials and other lead parents who have already committed.  We CAN NOT run the meet without your help!!  Our kids are counting on us to keep the meet going smoothly.  Waves families have always been very active and involved in our team and that is why our team is so GREAT!!
