Data Clerk Helper / Runner:

We REALLY need an extra set or two of hands at the data clerk table during the meet.  We all like to have our swimmer results posted at the pool in a timely manner.  This is the mission of the Data Clerk!!  She works SO hard to get the info into the computer, double-checked, and ready for posting and CAN'T do it without help!!!!  Please consider helping!  You can still watch your swimmer's events :)

The Runner is the person who collects the heat sheets at regular intervals from the scribes so the clerk can enter the data ASAP!  You will be able to watch your swimmer's events!

Ready Bench Helper:

You are really going to get to know the swimmers at this position!  Our Ready Bench heads have a smooth system in place to get the swimmers on deck and ready to swim without holding up the meet.  They just need some help keeping the kids on task and in order.  You will be able to watch your swimmer's events!  In fact, you will be right on deck to see it :)

Age Group parents:

We don't have an age-group parent for the 11-12 boys!  

Timers and Scribes:

We need more - please sign up!!!   This is FRONT ROW seating!  Check in with Gary Gable or Paul Aday Saturday morning and they will let you know about shift change.

Check the White Binder at the pool for Relays!  

SIGN UP for the 6/4 Shenandoah HOME meet NOW!!  Sign-ups will close at midnight, Sunday night (5/29).   It creates SO much extra work for our Clerk if we try to make changes after that date, so if you know you have a busy weekend -- PLEASE LOG ON AND SIGN UP NOW :)
