Remember - tomorrow (Tues) at noon is the deadline for ordering Divisional T-shirts!  Print out an order form on "links" and bring to the pool with payment!

Also -- PLEEEEEZZZZEEEE check the white sign-in binder at the pool to make sure your swimmer is DEFINITELY signed up for the meet!!!  It is out of my hands if there was a website error and your swimmer wasn't entered in the meet.  The white binder has the DEFINITIVE ENTRIES!  We can't make any changes after Wednesday!!!  I HATE it when someone can't swim because of a clerical goof-up :(

 Hi Waves Families--

I need your help to make sure your swimmer's meet entries are correct and up to date for the swim meets!!  Thank you in advance for your help to make sure we don't miss any swimmer sign ups.  After the meet exchange occurs on Thursday our hands are tied and we CAN NOT make any additional entries or event changes.  

After you sign up online (Sunday deadline), please do 2 things:

1 - Click SAVE after each swimmer then click REVIEW AND PRINT to review your entries.  That way you can be sure your entry was accepted by the system - we all know that websites and servers have their limitations and on occasion DO malfunction :)  

2 - Check the WHITE BINDER at the pool to be sure of event entries.  The meet entry printout in the WHITE BINDER is what will be entered in the meet.  This binder is there Tues and Wed for you to check.  On Fri, the relays will be posted.  

Again, THANK YOU for helping us to make sure our meet entries are correct and no swimmer is left out!  We are trying VERY hard to get everyone entered accurately and need your help to make sure all 240 swimmers are accounted for correctly :)
