Below is information on registering for All Stars and Ponderosa Invitational Meets.

CONGRATULATIONS to all of our swimmers who have qualified for these invitational meets!

You MUST qualify in order to register and sign up for these meets.  Additional details can be found on the website.  Click on "calendar" then click the meet and you will see a link to the information as well as driving directions.

Later this weekend I will have posted the Meet Eligibility Reports (a list of swimmers eligible to swim) for All Stars and Ponderosa.  They will also be in the Invitationals Binders at the pool.

***IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO ATTEND EITHER OF THESE MEETS YOU MUST READ THE INFO BELOW TO GET YOUR SWIMMER REGISTERED!!***

The only place you can register for these meets is AT THE POOL!!  In order for your swimmer to be considered "registered" you must provide a $50 deposit check PER SWIMMER.  This check will not be cashed when you attend the meet, but if you do not attend you will forefit the deposit.   If you can't be at the pool this week to get your swimmer registered, please talk to a good friend who can write out a deposit check and register for you.

 Registration MUST be done this week no later than FRIDAY.   (This is a change from the date I originally gave you!)  The only registrations that will be accepted at Divisionals are swimmers who qualify at Divisionals.  Bring your checkbook to Divisionals if you think your swimmer may qualify!!  You must register with Cindy BEFORE you leave the meet!!

Please understand that we CAN'T be flexible with these registration and deposit deadlines!!  If you miss registration your swimmer will NOT be entered into the meet.  We have to get the registrations turned in Saturday evening so you can see that our hands are tied, too.

All Stars:  July 2-3   Klein Oak High School  

- Entry deadline:  Friday, June 24th - only changes can be made on June 25th during Divisionals

- Swimmers must qualify to swim in this event (see website posted on calendar event for more details).

- There are NO meet fees for WAVES qualifiers, HOWEVER, a $50  deposit  check made out to “The Woodlands Township” must accompany sign up  (deposit will be refunded after the meet – if swimmer does not compete, $50 will not be refunded)
