Please note that we will be changing the practice times at Forestgate pool for the remainder of this week (Wed - Friday):

11 & Over:  7:00am-8:00am

8 & Under:  8:00am-9:00am

9 & 10:  9:00am-10:00am

Starting on Monday, July 11 we will practice at Lakeside pool and return to our usual practice times until further notice.
