Here are some Admin items to take note of--

1. Swim Team Handbook

It details information and expectations for our swim team.  I encourage you to take a look and be famiiar with the contents.  One item I was asked to highlight is that we are past the point in our season where refunds can be given for those swimmers who decide to no longer swim with us :(  We will miss you and hope you decide to come back again next summer!!

2.  USA Swimmers (you know who you are!!)

The NWAL rules state "The NWAL Season Official Begins on 5/17/2012. The NWAL season Officially Ends on 6/25/2012. Any USA Swimmer swimming in the NWAL league shall not participate in a USA Swim Meet during this period."  If you are a USA swimmer, please don't swim in a USA swim meet during this time and then swim in one of our Waves meets.  You will jeopardize out team and we may have to forefit the meet :(  If you have any questions about your status please email me or Cindy.

3.  What is NWAL (Northwest Aquatic League)?

This is the governing body under which we swim.  Details about NWAL can be found at www.NWAL.org.  The NWAL rulebook can be viewed at this website under the "reference" tab.  If you read it then you will know all the rules about our meets and exactly what will cause a swimmer to be DQ'd!!
