Hi Parents of 6&u and 7-8 age group swimmers-

 

Tonight (Thurs) during the 6&u and 7-8 age group practice we are going to do a run-through of how the ready bench and traveling to the blocks works.  The swimmers will also practice starting from the blocks.  

 

This is a GREAT night to have your swimmers at practice so they are prepared for what to expect at Time Trials and the First swim meet!

 

Those of you who are age group parent helpers please be ready to help out!
