We NEED you!!  Our swimmers are counting on us to help out and make this Time Trial Meet a GREAT one!  WAVES parents have always been so AWESOME in stepping up to ensure our kids have a FUN and EXCELLENT experience!

Timers and Scribes:

We need more - please sign up!!!   This is FRONT ROW seating!  We currently need 24 more timers and scribes to run this meet.  NEW parents - this is ideal for you!  All you need is a thumb to run the stop watch :)  No experience is necessary and you will get plenty of OJT training.  You really can't get any closer to the action than this!!

There will be a timer and scribe meeting in the morning prior to the meet start.  Our awesome lead timers, Paul Aday and Rebecca Mills, will get you up and running!!!

Data Clerk Helper / Runner:

We REALLY need an extra set or two of hands at the data clerk table during the meet.  We all like to have our swimmer results posted at the pool in a timely manner.  This is the mission of the Data Clerk!!  She works SO hard to get the info into the computer, double-checked, and ready for posting and CAN'T do it without help!!!!  Please consider helping!  You can still watch your swimmer's events :)

The Runner is the person who collects the heat sheets at regular intervals from the scribes so the clerk can enter the data ASAP!  You will be able to watch your swimmer's events!

Ready Bench Helper:

You are really going to get to know the swimmers at this position!  Our Ready Bench heads have a smooth system in place to get the swimmers on deck and ready to swim without holding up the meet.  They just need some help keeping the kids on task and in order.  You will be able to watch your swimmer's events!  In fact, you will be right on deck to see it :)

Meet Set-Up:  Tonight at 6pm at Forestgate Pool!

To sign up online: Log on to the website, click Swim Meets from the left menu, click on the "V" after Time Trials!!

SIGN UP for the 5/19 Northampton AWAY meet NOW!!  Sign-ups will close at midnight, Sunday night (5/13).   It creates SO much extra work for our Clerk if we try to make changes after that date, so if you know you have a busy weekend (Sunday is Mother's Day!) -- PLEASE LOG ON AND SIGN UP NOW :)
