Hi Waves-

I am sorry for the confusion about the 2 websites and where to RSVP for both April events.  We (me and the Township Rec Ctr staff) are working together to try to keep things consistent, but some things have to be separate (i.e., we can't take any payment on the Waves website).

When I say "Waves" website I am referring to the WoodlandsWaves.swim-team.us site where you log in to sign up for swim meets and see the calendar, etc.  It is an "unofficial" website so we use it for information dissemination.  Anything that requires payment or deals directly with the Township has to go through the "Township" website.  

 Thank you for your patience and understanding while we  try to make sure we are following the guidelines of the Township.....

To RSVP for the April 3 parent meeting - log onto the Waves website, find the event on the calendar and click the RSVP.  That will let ME know who is coming.

To RSVP for the April 13 Kick Off Party (family event), sponsored by the Township, you will need to go to the Township website and register your RSVP.  This is to pay for your Chick-Fil-A.  If you don't RSVP you can still come (I hope you do!!) but you will just need to bring your own dinner.
