Hi Waves!!  The day has finally come - First day of water practices is TOMORROW, April 30th, at Forestgate pool.  Please see the website (or your downloaded key dates form) for practice times.

Remember - especially in the younger age groups the first few days of practices can get a little hectic and may SEEM disorganized, but TRUST ME - by next week you won't even believe the organization the coaches attain!!

What to expect:

- Plan to come a few minutes early

- We will take role at the beginning of practice.  Send your swimmer to the rope with goggles and fins.  Kiss them goodbye and tell them to have a GREAT first day of practice!  The coaches will take it from there.

- Write your child's name on his/her fins with sharpie - nice and LARGE on TOP of the fin!!  Can you only imagine how many identical fins are on deck at each practice??? 

- Bring a chair or blanket, have a seat and get to know the other swim parents.
