The Deadline to register for the May 11 Time Trials is
Monday, May 6th at 11:59pm!!
Instructions on how to register for Time Trials:
Log On to the website using your email address and our team password
**If you are not going to be at Mandantory Time Trials please scroll below for instructions on how to let us know**
On the Home Page, click on“Swim Meets” on the Red Banner along the top of the page, then the "swimmer" icon next to the meet you are selecting (in this case Time Trials).
STEP 1: "Select a Swimmer" Click on the pulldown menu and select the swimmer you are registering. It is very important you let me know if all of your swimmers are not listed!! They are linked to your family, and we are trying to work out all of the "bugs." Select your first swimmer.
STEP 2: Click on the down arrow after "add entry" to bring up the list of events your swimmer is eligible to swim. Click on each event row you want to enter your child. Close this box when you are done. **Make sure you click "save" to save the entry before moving on to the next child or leaving the page.**
For Time Trials, your swimmer will swim all events they are eligible to swim based on their age group. The Coaches may add/delete entries based on your child's abilities. There are NO relays during Time Trials. You will be able to review your entries at the pool in the red binder next week.
*** Please, please, please remember to "save" your entries and then review them. We were so devistated that some children didn't get to swim in a meet last year because the entry wasn't saved in the system :( Double-check!!! You can do this by clicking "review and print." This is how you can make any changes.

Please visit the website and volunteer for the meet.
Click on the top banner “Swim Meets” , find the meet (in this case Time Trials), then the “V” and all the volunteer needs will pop up. Make sure to scroll down and SAVE when you are done signing up.
You will see that we need many, many parent volunteers to run the meet! That doesn’t include our awesome officials and other lead parents who have already committed. We CAN NOT run the meet without your help!! Our kids are counting on us to keep the meet going smoothly. Waves families have always been very active and involved in our team and that is why our team is so GREAT!!

**IF YOU WILL NOT BE AT TIME TRIALS:
Log onto the website, On the Home Page, click on“Swim Meets” on the Red Banner along the top of the page, then the "RSVP" icon next to the meet you are selecting (in this case Time Trials). Type in your swimmer's names. You will be contacted on how to make up time trials. You MUST have a seed time in order to swim in a dual meet, so the makeup is VERY important!
