Hi Parents of 6&u and 7-8 age group swimmers-

 

Friday during the 6&u and 7-8 age group practice we are going to do a run-through of how the ready bench and traveling to the blocks works.  The swimmers will also practice starting from the blocks and listening to the starter.

 

This is a GREAT night to have your swimmers at practice so they are prepared for what to expect at Time Trials and the First swim meet!  

 

Those of you who are age group parent helpers please be ready to help out!  

 

Coaches have asked that we check our swimmer's goggles for fit - the strap should be worn high on the back of the head and not around the ears.  Give your swimmer a lesson on putting on goggles correctly!  If you aren't sure you are doing it right, ask Julie (our Rec Specialist) or one of the coaches and they will help!
