Please read the info below about Time Trials.  If you are new to the team, also go back to the home page and read the other posts on Time Trials for more information!

Reminders:

We will swim -- rain or shine!  We won't cancel unless it is severe weather.  We NEED you to still be ON TIME for check-in.  Bring a few extra towels, etc to plan for rainy weather.  Have your swimmer bring a bathrobe to wear between events to keep warm.

Check-in is under the pavilion 6:45-7:15.  Please don't plan to use the picnic tables until AFTER sign-in is complete.  Then you can set up under the pavilion.

Volunteers - We still need volunteers for the meet!  Sign up online (Click Swim Meets then the "V" icon next to Time Trials).  Next email will be about volunteer positions.

Spirit-Wear - Tomorrow is the last day to order.  See Lisa under the pavilion to turn in your order form.

Team Suits - wear these for meets and pictures!  These can be purchased at Swim Shops of SW on Woodlands Pkwy next to Walmart.

Schedule:

6:45-7:15am - Check-in for swimmers.  Swimmers MUST check in with age-group parents under the pavilion BEFORE 7:15am.  Then get ready to line up for team pictures.  

7:20am - Team Photo

7:40-8:10am - warm ups by age group.  Listen to the announcer for your swimmer's warm up time.

8:30am - Meet begins!  Listen for announcer so you can hear when to bring you child to the pavilion for First Call

This is going to be a great swim meet and lots of fun!!  I'll see you bright and early tomorrow morning!
