The online sign up for DIVISIONALS is online! If you have signed your swimmers up for the whole season in advance, YOU DID NOT SIGN UP for this one!!!! Volunteer signups are also online and are divided by the 2 meets (10 & under, 11 & older). We can not leave any of our volunteer positions open! We are in extreme need of ready bench help at the 10 & under meet. We are the Ready Bench lead at this meet and we don't have anyone signed up yet. Our RB leads are out of town for divisionals so please consider stepping up to help. We will train you!! If you are attending the meet at all, please find a place you can help! These slots don't include our lead parents and officials who already volunteer at every meet. A BIG thanks to everyone who helps at every meet!!!! YOU ROCK!

Divisional Meet - TONIGHT (there is NO wiggle room for late entries for this meet so sign up NOW!)
Ponderosa & Trinity Invitationals - Fri, June 21st AT THE POOL IN THE INVITATIONAL BINDER. Bring a $50 deposit check made to the Woodlands Township (this will be ripped up when you swim.) Entries will be accepted at Divisionals only for those who qualify at Divisionals.

We are getting close to the Divisionals meet!! This meet is Saturday, June 22. The meet will be run just like last year, so even if you've been with the WAVES for a long time, please read below for information.
What is Divisionals? Divisionals is the "Championship" meet where all 5 teams in our division swim against each other in 1 large meet.
Are there prerequisites for swimming in Divisionals? Yes.
1) The swimmer must have participated in at least 2 of the scheduled NWAL meets during the current season (Time Trials & Invitationals do NOT count).
2) The swimmer must have an "official time" (one earned during a dual meet & not a seed time from Time Trials) for each stroke entered in the meet.
When? Saturday, June 22
Where? Klein Forest High School (same pool as last year - click on Swim Meets/Divisionals/Driving Directions for a yahoo map)
What time? This divisional meet will be run in TWO SESSIONS.
The FIRST SESSION is for 10 & Under swimmers and will start at 8:30am (check in 7-7:20am).
The SECOND SESSION is for 11 & Up swimmers and will begin at 1:30pm (check-in 12noon-12:20pm).
How do I sign up? Sign ups are online as usual (3 individual events and coaches build relays.) Also important - if you are signed up for the meet, the whole team and the coaches are counting on you to stay for the entire meet and be available for relays. Divisionals is a long meet so please plan accordingly!! WE NEED YOU!!!!!!!
Can I volunteer?? ABSOLUTELY!! As you already know, our kids are counting on us to help run a smooth meet. We have several needs for volunteers during BOTH sessions, and every parent is expected to volunteer during this meet. Waves families are the BEST!
