Thank you for volunteering for Time Trials this Saturday for the Waves!  As you know we cannot run these meets without volunteers, so thank you for being one of the first to sign up.

If you know others on the team that have not signed up to volunteer, please help us recruit!  We still need 19 more timers, 9 more scribes, 4 computer clerk assistants, 5 more age group parents and 1 more for ready bench.  We'll need this many and more for every home meet. 

There is one big change that affects the age group parents and the swimmers at check in.  Swimmers will check in with one of the assistant coaches or me BEFORE they check in with the age group parent.  This is how we will know what swimmers are there and will help move the process along much more quickly to get the meet started.  Age group parents, please be sure to ask EVERY swimmer before you write the race numbers on their arm, "HAVE YOU CHECKED IN?"  If not, we will think they are not present.
