If you were not at Saturday's Time Trials, times can be recorded tomorrow at Forestgate pool. If you can not come to your regular practice come anytime between 3:45-8:15.  Please be sure to let the coaches know what you need times for.  YOU MAY NOT SWIM FOR A STROKE YOU DO NOT HAVE A TIME FOR.  If you are in 7-8 and older and want to be considered for an IM relay, please get times in all 4 strokes.
