Thank you to the many volunteers who helped out at time trials!  Many new parents joined our veteran parents in making the event run smoothly. We literally cannot do it without you, so keep up the great work!

The next meet is an away meet so there are fewer volunteers needed, but in order for meets to run, EACH TEAM must supply volunteers. Log on the our website to sign up for this weekend's meet. You can sign up to volunteer at all the meets, especially if you've found a job and shift you enjoy!

Age Group Parents/Helpers - if you can please sign up for the season so both the swimmers and the parents can get to know you. This will make your job easier. A couple of notes on age group parent helpers...

• If you volunteer for this, please leave this as your only volunteer assignment.  We want to guarantee the safety of our kids. 
• Please stay with your swimmers all the way to the ready bench. Find out if ready bench needs your help in lining up the relay teams on the other side of the pool (especially 6 and under and 7-8)
• Age group parents are even more important at away meets since no one knows their way around another pool 
• Please be on time for check in...whatever time check-in begins, we'll need you there at least 5 minutes earlier to distribute your lists and give instructions

Even though next is an away meet we still need timers and scribes. The Fabulous Rebecca Mills is our Lead Timer did a great job filling Time Trials!
