Thank you for volunteering for the May 17th meeting, I'll do my best to get this out earlier next week, but this week was a bit harder to fill  volunteer spots.  For some reason there is a rumor that we do not need volunteers for away meets.  Glad you didn't listen!

 Age Group Parents/Helpers, please bring your swimmers to the ready bench for all races that the age group is in...including individual events and relays.  EVEN IF YOUR CHILDREN ARE NOT IN THE RACE.  Please stay with your swimmers through ready bench unless the other team tells you not to.  They will likely need help with the relays especially.  No one has been to this pool before so I kids won't know their way around.  Thank you for helping to keep them safe.  You can meet meet at 6:40 am unless the tents for the Waves to pick up your age group list.  The swimmers are still checking in with their coach FIRST!

 Timers and scribes - I hope you can recruit some friend because there are not enough of you...but you are the best for volunteering early!  Thank you!
