Next week's practice is for people that have qualified and are going to either Trinity or Ponderosa.  The coaches will work on dives, turns, finishes etc. to prepare for the meet. 

Practice times are as follows:

8:00-9:15 - Eleven and Up

9:15-10:00 - Six and Under

10:00-11:00 - 7/8 and 9/10
