Hello Waves swimmers and parents!!!  Believe it or not, it's that time of year again - can you believe it?  We have already had a few meetings and are gearing up for another great swim season.  We know the biggest question on most minds is - do we have a head coach?!?  The answer is YES!!!!  We are so excited to announce our new head coach is Jeff Spoon!  Coach Spoon comes with a great resume ( bio to be posted soon ) and we are so eager for you all to meet him!  Please be on the look out for information regarding a meet and greet/pre season get together.

 

For now remember registration for returning members starts MONDAY FEBRUARY 2nd!!! Below are a few changes from The Township.  The biggest change is time trials and the earlier start of the first week of practice! If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us!

 

REFUNDS:

They are a few changes that must go out in an email to your parents

All refunds must be sent via email to : [email protected]

 

Feb 2 – April 6, a full refund will be provided, minus a $5 processing fee.

After April 6, a full refund will be provided, minus a $25 procession fee.

After May 1, NO refunds will be provided.

 

If you have more than one swimmer on the team and are asking to refund one of the swimmers, the amount that is owed to the other swimmer or swimmers will be taken out before refunded to make up the difference in the price.

If you got pool passes for your swimmer or swimmers, these are not refundable; you will need to pay the difference for the pool passes and any other charges before refunds will be given.

 

Time Trials will be on April 25 at their home pool.  There will be no makeup time trials.  If you  cannot make the meet, the swimmer will be given a time.
