Please remember the deadline for sign ups for our meet this weekend against Spring Creek Oaks is TODAY AT 6:00pm.  Going forward  (Monday at 6:00) will be the deadline for all meets. 

Since this is Memorial Day Weekend and so many of you may have plans, please remember to check the binder this week to insure your swimmers events are correct and to sign the NO RELAY binder if you will not be able to stay for relays.  We ask that you respect this process as this affects so many others on our team.  If you know you will not be swimming this weekend, we ask you take a minute to log on and check the RSVP NO box so we will have a count going forward for swimmers and volunteers.  Remember volunteer opportunities are available for this meet and you are required to volunteer 2 sessions per swimmer according to the Woodlands Township Swimteam Handbook.  We cannot run this well oiled machine without you!

Coach Spoon will be sending out his weekly email before tomorrow's practice and we look forward to a great week of practice!  Don't forget first order of personalized caps are in along with Spirit Wear.  They will be available at the pool this week for pick up.
