Please do not forget you have until 6:00 pm tonight to register for this weekend's  away meet against Colony Creek.  We will close down registration after 6:00pm tonight.  Once registrations are closed, your swimmer runs the risk of not being able to be entered into the meet or be in a relay.  A and B relays are based on times, swim practice attendance and attitude as well as on time registration. Due to an extra day of registration, the meet entry binder will not be out at the pool until tomorrow afternoon.  Please be sure to check your entries and intial the binder.  Even if your swimmer isn't at practice this week, please take time to come by the pool or contact one of us to ensure your entries by Thursday morning.  Colony Creek has sent us extensive instructions and protocols for this weekend's meet.  Please be sure to read this if you are attending the meet so we can all be gracious guests at their pool.

This week we will have information on ordering T-Shirts for our Divisionals Meet in June. This will be a one time order and only checks will be accepted.

Also look for information on this site, upcoming emails and at the pool regarding our Mid-Season Invitational, Sprint Sizzler at Northhampton June 7th-8th.  This is a voluntary invitational and you must have 2 official times to attend (time trial times will count for this invitational).  Qualifying times will be at the pool.  AS OF NOW THERE WILL NOT BE A COACH ATTENDING THIS INVITATIONAL.  Please note any mid-season invitational you attend you will be responsible for payment and there are no age group parents. You will also be responsible for payments for each event ($5). We know new parents may have a lot of questions regarding invitationals and we will post a link as well as all the information on qualifying and the meet itself in the next day or so.  All registration for mid - season invitationals will be done by Janet and Heather.
