Dear Waves families:

Time for the Divisional Meet!  This will be our largest meet to date and - as always - we need your help to make it happen.  There are 5 teams swimming and each are assigned their share volunteer responsibilities and shifts. 

This meet will run like a normal meet...events 1 - 78 just like you have seen over the past two months. If you were on the team in the past, it was broken down into age groups.  It is not this year.  All one meet.  The other change is that there are 3 shifts for volunteers.

Shift 1 = events 1-28; Shift 2 = events 29-48; Shift 3 = events 49-78

Our team is the lead on selling heat sheets, so please be sure to help us make some $$$ for the team!

Ready Bench will be run by the Spring Creek Oaks team so we are just helping.  2 each shift...when you volunteer for this one you can select your preference of location.  I always liked to be on the pool deck seating swimmers and checking names.  This let me watch my child swim for sure!

Age group parents are for the entire meet, unless you find someone to cover.  We still want our kids to be safe...there are A TON of people at this meet.

Computer assistant and runners are the same.  We need additional hands and feet at each meet to help with the details.
