If your swimmer has qualified for either Trinity or Ponderosa and you would like to sign up please go to swim meets and sign up like a regular meet. You will add your swimmer's events as usual, it will only let you add events they have qualified for.  If they have qualified for three or more events, they are eligible to swim the other events if they have a legal dual meet time. The 100 Free is not included in that bonus rule, you must have a qualifying time for 100 free.  

Parents are responsible for paying for individual events this year. Please write a check made out to The Woodlands Township, and bring to the pool on Friday or at Divisionals on Saturday. Both Trinity and Ponderosa are $5 per individual event. The Township will be paying for the relays.   

If your swimmer qualifies for Trinity or Ponderosa in an event on Saturday, you need to let us know before you leave Klein Forest High School that day. We finish entries that night after the meet, and they are hand delivered on Sunday. There will be a sheet on paper at the table in our team area to mark swimmers and events.  

Nicole Gauthier will be adding volunteer slots to the Trinity meet.  They have asked for timers and scribes for both days.  They put shifts in times 8 a.m.-10 a.m., 10 a.m.-12 p.m., and 12 p.m.- end of meet on Saturday, and 8 a.m.-10 a.m., 10 a.m.-end of meet on Sunday.  Note that Sunday's timer shifts are divided by girls and boys pools.  There are volunteer descriptions next to each job. We've also been asked to man our own awards table for Waves.  You will pick up the awards, sit behind the table. Waves swimmers will line up, tell you which award they want to pick up, and you'll find it in your collection and give it to them. Note the times of the shifts before you signup. The Saturday meet will run longer than the Sunday meet so shift times are different for different days. Parents are welcome to come work a shift on the day that their child is NOT swimming as well.  That way you won't miss seeing your own child swim. 

Trinity t-shirt orders are due before you leave on Saturday. Please print the form from this email or website (The t-shirt form is in the packet of information) and make checks payable to IOST (Imperial Oaks Swim Team). We will also have copies at the pool today and tomorrow.
