One last email from your FAVORITE Waves Volunteer Coordinator!

Congrats on a great season!  The Invitational meets are here and there are still opportunities to volunteer.  Since these are individual meets, parents will be responsible for getting their child to the ready bench.  There will not "officially" be any age group parents rounding up swimmers. 

Here is what is needed so far, please be sure to go to our website to sign in and volunteer!

Timers and awards table

Timers will have - as always - front row view of the pool

Awards table - this one is new.  Large teams at Trinity have been asked to man their own awards table.  So we MUST have volunteers at the table in order for our swimmers to pick up their awards.  They will not be distributing them from the main desk for our team like last year. 

Trinity Saturday (10 and Under)

Timer - Lanes 1 and 2 - shifts are 1st = 8-10 am, 2nd = 10-12 noon, 3rd = 12-end

Awards Table - shifts are 1st = 10-12, 2nd = 12-2, 3rd = 2-3

Trinity Sunday (11 and Up)

Timer - Lanes 1 and 2 - Girls and Boys Pool (2 pools) shifts are 1st = 8-10, 2nd = 10-end

Awards table - shifts are 1st = 8-10, 2nd = 10-12, 3rd = 12-1
