Who: Coach Spoon ( Heather and Janet available by phone and in and out both days)

Warm Ups Saturday : 8:10-8:30 Lane 2/  Meet starts 9:10 am / Finals 12:20

Warm Ups Sunday: 7:50-8:10 Lane 5 / Meet starts 9:10 am / Finals 12:19

 

You do not need to check in with Coach Spoon but please be responsible for getting your swimmer to the ready bench on time. Refer to the timeline for your events (link is below) but please remember this time line is only an estimated timeline.  It could run ahead or behind schedule.   YOU WILL BE SCRATCHED IF YOU ARE NOT TO THE READY BENCH ON TIME!!!!  If you are in the relay on Sunday, please be courteous to the other 3 swimmers and arrive in plenty of time to gather and head to the ready bench.

 

We do need a timer or two on Sunday 9:00-11:00 am Lane 4.  Please us know by text if you can volunteer for this assignment.  Each team is required to have a timer volunteer at PI.  More information is available at www.ponderosainvitational.org.
