TRINITY INFORMATION - SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.
Good Morning Waves swimmers and families. Trinity is fast approaching and this weekend will be lots of fun. For swimmers and families who have never been - please ask as many questions as you can. This is a very large meet and while we will send out as much detailed information as we can for the meet chances are something is bound to come up. Information regarding set up, check in, warm up, lane assignments will all go out tomorrow. Relays are posted at the pool and are attached at the bottom of this email. If you are in a relay please attend practice tomorrow in your scheduled age group. Also be prepared to run these relays during warm ups on Saturday and Sunday. If you have not paid for your swimmer, please do so ASAP! Checks are to be written for individual events ($5 each) to the Woodlands Township. Relays are paid for by the Township.
Below is information from Trinty regarding volunteer opportunities and meet information. We will need at least one age group parent for each age group/gender on Saturday, please look for this sign up to go live later this evening. Sunday each age group (11 and up) will be on their own after check in with Lindsay. Please bring Sharpies with you if you have one. I will be there on Saturday and early on Sunday but will most likely be leaving Sunday before the start of the meet. Lindsay witll be going to Trinity and Coach Spoon will be at Ponderosa.
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
This year we're asking our Trinity family for volunteers to serve as Timers, Scribes, and Runners for scoring. Volunteers get the best views in the house (deck access!) while helping ensure the meet runs smoothly and stays on schedule. We especially need volunteers on Sunday (two pools, twice the spots!).
