Hello Waves families.  Online registration for all returning 2016 families will be available starting at 9 am 2/1/17.  This is for returning swimmers and families from 2016 only.  This is the first time we are trying this, and we hope this will help expedite registration. We are sure you will find this process easy and this will give you all a chance to go in and verify any information and update anything that may have changed.  Once you have completed the process your swimmer will be registered.  You will not however be an officially rostered on the team until you have received your invoice from the Township and your fees ( both registration and $200 volunteer fee ) are paid.  PLEASE NOTE THE INVOICE THAT APPEARS ON US SWIM DOES NOT REFLECT THE WOODLANDS TOWNSHIP FEES.  YOU MAY NOT OPT OUT ON LINE  OF THE VOLUNTEER FEE.

Unless you are an official, coach, lead parent or have been contacted by your team rep and told you are exempt, you must pay the $200 volunteer fee.  This fee will be returned after your family has completed 4 volunteer sessions.  If your child swims at divisionals you will be required to volunteer for one session or pay a $50 volunteer fee.  Questions regarding volunteer positions can be directed to our Volunteer Coordinator or Team Rep.  Questions regarding the fee should go to Debbie Arnold.

Please log onto www.woodlandswaves.swim-team.us and use your email and password from last year. 

Please read and follow the instructions as listed for you.  This should really just be a matter of verifying your swimmers information.  if you need to add a new swimmer from your family, you may do so at this time, however they will still need to be evaluated and you will need to contact Debbie Arnold to schedule an evaluation.

Be sure to list your tshirt size for each swimmer - IF YOU DO NOT THE DEFAULT IS A YS AND THAT IS WHAT YOU WILL BE REGISTERED FOR.

When the option to pay comes up please select pay later.  You will be invoiced by the township. You should only see a $200 charge for one swimmer, this is your volunteer fee.  If there are different options or amounts listed please do not worry.  The system is not set up this season to do sibling discounts or resident vs. nonresident fees.  Hopefully in the future we can allow for this as well.

Fees will be as follows

1 swimmer $200 resident/ $215 non resident

2 swimmers $190 resident/$200 non resident

3 swimmers or more $175 resident/$185 non resident

*$200 volunteer fee

 

If you are waitlisted on this registration DO NOT WORRY.  All returning swimmers will be able to swim as long as they register before 2/13/17.
