Good Morning Waves families!  Can you believe swim season is upon us?  First day of practice is Tuesday April 25th!  Practice times are located on the Waves calendar and can be accessed on the Woodlands Township site under Swim Teams.  Remember our pool is closed on Mondays. 

On Sunday we will have a get together to meet your coaches and ask questions. This is not mandatory but it is helpful to new families.  We will have a small Q and A about 5pm for those of you who are new to the Waves and summer swim team .  We understand this is a quick learning curve and you may have a lot of questions so this is a good time to come and meet the key players with the WAVES.  Stevi will also have spirit wear order forms available - and now is the time to order.  ALL ORDERS ARE DUE TUESDAY THE 25TH!!!  You can also pick up your team shirt on Sunday  If you will not be there on Sunday your swimmer can pick up their shirt on Friday the 28th or May 5th at practice.  Please do not ask the coaches for your shirt during practices!!

For now we need a head count of those planning to attend on Sunday.  The Woodlands Township will be providing pizza so we want to be sure we have enough!  Families will need to bring beverages, towels, sunscreen and whatever else you may need.  Adult beverages can be brought to the pavilion not in the pool area.  If you know of anyone not receiving emails yet, please forward this on.  We would like to have a head count by tomorrow at noon so we can turn it over to the Township. 

If you would like to get in 2 volunteer sessions on Sunday I need 3-4 people from 3:50-5:50.  Let me know.  Thank you in advance.
