Waves sorry for the late email.  As mentioned before, team pictures will be at 7 am.  Check in with your coaches 6:30-6:50.  You MUST check in with your coaches first, or have someone confirm your arrival so you will not be scratched.  After check in with the coaches please gather by the coaches tent area to prepare for the team photo.  Pictures will be taken at 7:00 AM warm ups will begin at 7:15.  If you need your events written down, you can get those after warm up - DO NOT PANIC-if you are in events 1-4 you go directly to the ready bench after the national anthem and will not need numbers.  If you would like a heat sheet they are on line ready to print.  Go to our home page, go to the red banner, double click swim meets and from there you will find the  FOST vs WLW swim meet.  You will see Heat Sheet - and you can print from there.  If you are an age group parent this is helpful, as Angie has mentioned.  If you are a parent and would like to write your events yourself - feel free to using the heat sheet- BUT PLEASE CHECK IN WITH YOUR COACHES.
