Good afternoon Waves swimmers and families!  Tomorrow our second home meet is against the Spring Cypress Stingrays.  Looking at the heat sheet this could be a close one!  We know we can do this!  We have great coaches, volunteers, parents and the best swimmers in and out of the water!  A few reminders -

If you are volunteering - check in with Angie.  Several families have already received their $200 fee back!  If you are volunteering to time or scribe please check in with Ruth or Jimena your head timers.  If you are working Orange Leaf please listen for John to announce when Orange Leaf volunteers are needed. 

Check in time is 6:45-7:00.  DO NOT CHECK IN LATE.  Please check in with Coach Lindsay and Coach Keeley first so you will not be scratched.  If you need your events written down you can get those from your age group parents, even if it is after warm up.  If you do not need to check your events please still check in with age group parents and let them know you are there so we are not looking for you.  IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING OR CANNOT STAY FOR THE FREE RELAY - PLEASE LET US KNOW AT THE BEGINNING OF THE MEET.  This meet may come down to relays!  We need everyone there!  If you are not swimming a relay stay and cheer on your team.  The big kids will combine, and swim boys against girls and that's always exciting!!!!! Can't get more Americana than that!!!

Warm ups will begin at 7:10 with Coach Spoon and Coach Stephen.  As always 10 and unders first, then 11 and ups will go in at 7:25. 

Set Up tonight starts at 6:00 and every little bit helps!  Please remember tomorrow to clean up the area around you.  Last home meet several of us were picking items up in the playground area and around the trash cans.  If trash cans start to fill up - please let us know.  If everyone can help with clean up it will go quickly. We know you all have big Memorial Day plans but why not start it off by beautifying our pool area and sharing a cold one after in the pavilion!

If you have a parking pass please be sure it is visible and it is 2017!  Tomorrow they will enforce parking pass permits!
