Good evening Waves.  We have several positions we need filled for tomorrow and we cannot start or run the meet without these being filled.  These positions are in three shifts events 1-30, 31-50, 51-80. See information below regarding volunteer positions.

Tomorrows Check in with the coaches is 2:00-2:15.  Please look for our coaches in the hallway to check in.  You can find your age group parent after that but you must be checked in with coaches by 2:15 or they will scratch you from the meet.  We are setting up in the commons with two other teams so please be respectful when setting up.  Warm ups will begin at 3:05 be ready and on deck at 2:55.  We only have 20 min. to warm up!  We want to be in the pool with event #1 at 3:30!  If you have something come up tomorrow please text me 713-822-2349. 

Food and Concessions:  Remember to bring drinks for your family. You may want to bring some snacks as well.  Four food trucks will be on sight to provide meals. All of these food trucks have great reviews! 

Qualifying for Trinity or Ponderosa: This is the last meet to qualify for post season invitationals.  If your swimmer qualifies for an event, please register them before midnight tomorrow (Saturday) night. I have attached meet information for both meets below.  If you have any questions do not hesitate to ask! Information regarding both meets is attached below

Please remember to clean up your area when you leave.  Be sure to arrive on time, wear red and be loud -  cheer on all of our Waves swimmers!  If anyone would like to help hang all of the spirit posters tomorrow let me know. Thanks to all the girls that stayed and helped decorate the cars!  I passed several of them today!!!  Thank you all for a great season - we are looking forward to awards and the end of the year party on Monday at Rob Fleming!  One quick note about next week's practices - 11 and ups will combine with 13 and up and swim 7-8:15 / 6 and unders will now start at 8:15-9 / 7.8 will go 9:00-10:00 am and 9/10 will go from 10:00-11:00.
