Meet: Mitchell Berta, Waves Head Coach

February 2014 to September 2014 Lifeguard – The Woodlands Township, The Woodlands, Texas Partnered with Zone supervisor and Head Guard to provide a clean, safe community pool for residents and attendees. Responsibilities also included water testing and treatment, clean and maintain pool deck and deck equipment, identify safety hazards and address accordingly, assisted in scheduling breaks/lunches and proper staffing.

April 2014-June 2014: Assisted Coach Russell with The Woodlands Hurricanes summer league swim team.

September 2019-present: Competitive Swim Coach for The Woodlands Swim Team. Has coached for every group and skill level on TWST, from the developmental group (Ages 8 and under) all the way up through the senior group (Age 15+). Has helped with swim lessons, summer league and back to school fast track swim clinics, as well as TWST’s non-competitive gator group.

April 2021-June 2021: Assistant Coach for The Woodlands Marlins Summer league team.
